SHOULD THE CLIENT NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT, THE CLIENT CAN EMAIL OR CALL TO REQUEST TO MOVE THE CREDITED MONTH TO ANOTHER MONTH.

CANCELLATION POLICY CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO CALL EMAIL OR TEXT THE STUDIO 12 HOURS PRIOR TO CANCELLING OR RESCHDULING THEIR APPOINTMENT.
